| Re: Sleep Paralysis Robin October 01, 1997  In Reply to: Re: Sleep Paralysis by Tianca on August 30, 1997 I think that is the most ridiculous thing that I have ever heard. I have often experienced sleep paralysis and have never felt the presence of any other being or non-being. The feeling is a total loss of physical controll, it is a very scary experience in that you struggle to move in your mind and as you are about to scream you regain to power to move. My last experience happen a week ago, I was laying on my stomack, I could see my husband laying next to me and in my mind I kept saying over & over please help me, move me, roll over and kick me out of bed something. When I finally did wake I was breathing heavily and my husband could hear me. I asked him if he heard me struggling or if I made any sounds, he said no. I notice that this paralysis happen at very stressfull times in my life. I do not belive any being is causing this to happen to me.
