We are currently conducting research in the Department of Psychology at the University of Waterloo on sleep paralysis experiences. We invite you to participate in this research if you are interested in doing so. We have developed a survey questionnaire that samples the variety of experiences associated with sleep paralysis and are collecting information we are using for detailed quantitative analysis of this unique set of experiences.

This research has been approved by the Office of Human Research at the University of Waterloo. All information collected as a result of your participation in the study will be used for research purposes only and anonymity of participants is respected. We have also provided an information page on sleep paralysis in which we provide some basic information about the experience and some preliminary results of our own research .
