Until you know what is going on, you can be terrified by this loss of perceived control. But actually, how much are we in control of our lives, when you come right down to it? I think this matter of control is another illusion of this dimension, and it is a stumbling block for many!! Most of my life, I wasn't woken up to who I really am. Remember, I was veiled, for some 35 years. So when I was taken by the grays, over and over since childhood (I believe at age three it began) I was just as scared and pissed as you were. Believe me!! When you don't know what is going on, and you loose control and cannot run away, it can sober you up real fast!!! I had sleep troubles, bad dreams of people with big dark eyes, once I was sure that it was the devil himself that was taking me!!! (As I floated out my bedroom window!) To put it bluntly, I was scared shitless!!! (oh, about eleven years ago now?) I realised that I mostly scared myself in all cases! They always tried to calm me down, make me relax. They never hurt me. And when I got past the fear, I liked them coming for me and the paralysis wasn't necessary anymore!!! I hope this helps. Tianca
