No, I did not hear anything in my mind, no calming thoughts or anything else, my
mind was too full of the expletives that I was trying so hard to shout at whoever
was responsible for my helplessness.
As for them being scared in my case they were justified, I think anybody able to
read my mind at that time would have been reticent to allow me to wake. I do not
believe in ghosts (never seen one) and am very seldom afraid, especially of anything
that, shall we say goes bump in the night, I always try to track down the cause and
put a rational explanation to it. This has worked for me 99% of the time, I am pleased
to say. To digress for a moment, please read MPs posting on this subject. Very
enlightening. Also the posting by Mike F. a very graphic description in my opinion.
I have hypnotised myself with negative results I'm afraid, it is not the fact that
they will not hurt you that bothers me, but more the fact of not being in control,
and being under someone elses control. I have always been somewhat of a loner and
in control of my own destiny so to speak. It does not frighten me as such, but makes
me hopping mad that I could end up in that position without having sanctioned it personally.
When you say "learn how to love" people in power have a love of money, and power, more
is the pity, The ordinary man in the street is used by them as cannon fodder so that they
can hold to the power and the money. I wonder how many of them sleep easy in bed at night?.
