Sleep Paralysis

Hi all,
has anyone any experience of sleep paralysis?. You know the kind of thing
asleep in bed lay on your side, suddenly you are awake but cannot move, speak, or anything else.
Nomatter how hard you try. You know instinctively that there is someone/thing behind you but
you do not know what that something is. You only know that you are scared but there is nothing that
you can do except lay there and hope that it/them/that goes away. Ilook forward to your observations
